Beach access via the Puerto Los Cabos private Beach Club, where you will find a heated pool, jacuzzi, full bar and restaurant, enclosed sports bar, and full ocean-view gym. CDC cleaning standards.  

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean and garden view.

Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

Detached guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Available for long term rentals

Max occupancy - 8 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th and Thanskgiving) is required.

A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

A security deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES:

1 mid-week cleaning is included during a 7-night stay.

1 complimentary arrival private airport to villa transfer. Airport transfer limited to the property’s max occupancy. (Min stay of 5 nights. Restrictions apply).
