“This condominium is spectacular. The furnishings are beautiful and the condo is spacious with many amenities. The wrap around balcony with built in outdoor grill was an unexpected treat that we took advantage of when we made dinners in rather than going out. And the outdoor kitchen by the pool was so cool since we didn't have to go inside to get lunch...we could just grill by the pool. We stayed for a week from Dec 22-29 and there was only 1 other family in the building complex until the very last day so we had the pool (mostly) to ourselves and the beach was EMPTY, except for us....and the offshore whales that visited! El Encanto is located 20 minutes (and a $30-40 cab ride/$60-$80 roundtrip) from San Jose del Cabo but well worth the distance since it is serene, beautiful, and quiet. You just have to be sure to prepare a comprehensive grocery list and stock up on Day 1. Alina was fantastic and so helpful in answering all our questions and making the checkin and check out process easy. Thank you! We'll be back.”

Very comfortable and well-appointed. Sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo San Lucas. Great pool, a short walk to the beach. About 15 minutes into San Jose del Cabo in a very quiet neighborhood. Management was extremely responsive and available whenever needed. A great place to stay, we'll be back. VRBO

We rented this 3 bedroom for our daughter's wedding and could not be happier. Upon arrival, we were met by the on site property managers who walked us through all the accomodations. It was very spacious for the 3 couples, very clean with all the modern amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and updated appliances. The nearby pool was an infinity style and sparkling clean. The complex was quiet with outstanding views of the ocean. Security was very helpful with transportation needs within the complex of a relative who had suffered recent leg injury. All business communications were promptly responded to and security deposit was refunded quickly. Highly recommend. VRBO

Great location, Great amenities, great service Airbnb

The villa and the complex were as beautiful as the pictures. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need. We were 2 families (4 adults & 2 teens). Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom plus there was a half bath & laundry room. The unit is just down from the Villa’s pool so great location. The beach is nice, but more for walking on or going out on a kayak ~ a little rocky for swimming & the currents are fairly strong (or at least they were when we were there). You are close enough to town 15-20 minutes to San Jose del Cabo and slightly longer to Cabo San Lucas…but we love San Jose the most so was perfect for us. You will need a car if you plan on going anyplace. You can walk down to Buzzards a local small bar/grill ~ but that’s it. Get your groceries (they will stock before you get there) or stop at the Mega Store on your way down and you’ll be set! You can also plan side trips. We went to Cabo Pulmo (about 1 1/2 hour away) for snorkeling – and there’s other arrangements that can be made for whatever you want to do. We typically have stayed on the Corridor area, but would definitely come back here.This is a perfect place to kick-back and relax.
